      Description of problem:

      Switch to shipping more recent (OS-shipped) stalld 1.15 in OCP 4.10.  This will fix the [Stalld is running in unconfined_service_t type|https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2126496] issue.
