Installation fails when installing bond with bonding-mode 'balance-alb'

      Description of problem:

      When installing with assisted installer, with NetworkType OVN and bonding-mode 'balance-alb' on libvirt, installation fails.
It seems that once br-ex  bridge is configured and assigned with IP address, this interface is not accessible from outside (i.e ssh).

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Try installing 5 node-cluster with assisted test-infra,  set:
 IS_BONDED=true
BONDING_MODE=balance-alb

      Actual results:
      The cluster failed to install. The host wasn't accessible in machine-network interface (i,e br-ex)

       

      Expected results:

      Cluster should be installed successfully
