    Description

      In 4.14 the platform.baremetal.loadBalancer and platform.vsphere.loadBalancer fields are no longer TechPreview.

      Therefore we can no longer rely on the lack of a TechPreviewNoUpgrade flag to trigger errors (which has its own problems - OCPBUGS-19054), as we previously decided to do in OCPBUGS-13662 for 4.13. We should instead warn the user that the loadBalancer configuration setting is ignored when they specify a non-default value.
