Release Note Not Required
Description of problem:
- Starting with OCP 4.14 w/ OVNK, all nodes in a cluster will be running their own OVN-K stack. This is estimated to increase the overhead per node by 2+GB of memory and require additional CPU. Our current documentation (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/installing/installing_bare_metal/installing-bare-metal.html#installation-minimum-resource-requirements_installing-bare-metal) lists the minimum specs as 8gb and 2 vcpu. These minimum specs need to be increased.

- It also would help to clarify that these minimum specs are for an idle cluster with no customer workloads running. This is just to run openshift components on a node.
