Description of problem:
CU is seeing a size difference in the etcd members. So he is more concerned about this offset. They want to know if it impacted the etcd. Also, they want to upgrade the Cluster to 4.9.45 this weekend. So they want to know if is it okay to upgrade the cluster with this 1 MB difference or if they need to hold the cluster upgrade.
