Description of problem:
thin-csi StorageClass in vSphere is using RAID 1 instead of default StoragePolicy which is the behavior of the thin storage class. Customers that used to create clusters with earlier versions using the default storage class in OpenShift will bump into a situation where the data consumption rate is faster compared to previous releases, which will probably lead to a support call. see https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RFE-4463 for reference
