Operator details section not showing created CRs

      Description of problem:

      Post installation of the cert-manager operator, any of the created CRs are not listed under operator details.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       

      How reproducible:

      Always, with the cert-manager operator.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install latest cert-manager operator available.
2. Create any CR (eg: certificate) 
3. Select said resource on console under "Operator details"

      Actual results:

      Operator details section does not list the created certificate. 

      Expected results:

      We should have a list of created certificates.

      Additional info:

      After looking into console, it looks like this drop down is dependent on the install mode of the operator, not entirely sure why this is the case here.
