bring node-label validation up to spec with the K8S syntax definitions, and apply them to any related components:

cluster details / machine pools / ~~edit labels dialog (labels input field)~~ this is now obsolete, and replaced with the Edit machine pool (and Add machine pool) dialog
cluster details / networking / router label match (text input field)
create cluster (wizards) / cluster settings / machine pool (key/value pairs of text input fields)
