This request is for a unique URL for each wizard step (specifically ROSA atm) so that we can:

1. More easily and accurately track user flows through the wizard - the current workaround is to capture events from the next button clicks
2. Be able to identify a specific page to trigger help or guides for our users, such as via Pendo or Intercom, to help reduce cluster creation errors.

Proposal

• Add the wizard step number plus a short name to represent the wizard step and include it after the wizard url with a "/" for easier parsing by the third party tools.
