Steps to Reproduce

Login to the staging environment.
Select the Billing model as a Customer cloud subscription and the subscription type as Annual and click on the Next button.
Create either an OSD(AWS/GCP cluster) cluster and click on the Next button.
Provide all details such as cluster name, and version(4.14.1), and click on the Next button.
In the networking screen, select the application ingress settings type as Custom.
Provide valid inputs for the Route selector and excluded namespaces, and check the remaining two checkboxes.
Proceed toward the next screen and click on the Create cluster button.

Expected Result
Cluster creation should succeed.

Actual Result
An error message is shown as "CLUSTERS-MGMT-400: Cannot supply default ingress attributes on cluster creation for clusters that have legacy ingress. For more information on how to be supported please check: https://access.redhat.com/node/7028653
