      Duplicate the VPC and subnet dropdowns shown for Rosa Hosted wizard and put into Rosa Classic 'VPC settings' wizard step.

      • VPC selection dropdown should be above subnets section
      • Availability Zone dropdown(s) should be kept for clarity
      • Subnets dropdown will filtered by selected AZ (per row) and validation should still occur that all subnets should be in same AZ

      --> Adding the VPC dropdown has been extracted to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCMUI-516, so this Jira card only deals with Subnets.
