      The severity level is missing from the notification received by customers.

      This support case case talks about the missing severity level when cluster is moved into limited support state: https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/04029192 

      For this particular case two things need to be added: 

      1. "ACTION REQUIRED" In the subject line
      2. Severity both in the subject and email body. Refer to the attached image

      This RFE is raised to include severity level in the notification events (including the subject line). The customers should have visibility into this so that they can take required action on time.
