once migration to konflux-CI is done (see OCMUI-2236), remove any redundant jenkins jobs.

details

specifically, remove the jobs 'ocm-ui-gh-build-master' and 'ocm-ui-gh-pr-check' - only those for the default branch (labeled 'OCM UI build main' and 'OCM UI check pull request on main', respectively).

note: this will also clean up the 'ocm-ui-deploy' slack channel from redundant notifications.

out of scope

the removal of anything related to FedRAMP or cypress-E2E-tests is out of scope for this ticket, as their konflux-migration is handled separately.

the obsolete jenkins jobs were removed from app-interface 'jobs' config:

• 'ocm-ui-gh-build-master' that's labeled 'OCM UI build main'
• 'ocm-ui-gh-pr-check' that's labeled 'OCM UI check pull request on main'
