OCMUI Core Sprint 272
The fuzzy search we currently have inside cluster version filtering is not beneficial anymore.
For example, when searching for `4.17`, the first results shown are all `4.18` versions. In order to find '4.17' results you have to scroll down past them (see attached screenshot).
The component we use (FuzzySelect) has a mechanism to privilege exact matches first. It's not useful in this case as there's no `4.17` version to be matched. The first `4.17` version is `4.17.0`.
Acceptance criteria
Disable fuzzy search from cluster version select fields. There is one in the OSD wizard and there will be another one in the ROSA wizard after OCMUI-2458 is merged.
We can still use the FuzzySelect component for cluster versions as it wraps regular PF Select and it's still useful. It has a `fuzziness` prop that can be set to `0` to use exact search.
