Description of the Problem
The "Filter by version" field in version drop-down widget us missing from ROSA wizard. The same has been seen with OSD wizard.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging 
2. Launch ROSA wizard(either classic or hosted flow).
3. Reach cluster settings> details step.
4. Click in "Versions" dropdown.
5. See the behavior.

Actual results:

"Filter by version" field in version dropdown is missing from ROSA wizard. The same has been seen with OSD wizard.

Expected results:

Include "Filter by version" field in version dropdown from ROSA wizard
