User story:

As a user, I want to easily find both ACM and Operator information

Acceptance criteria:

• ACM will appear as an option under "Products" in the left navigation.
• The ACM option will be an external link and shall be marked as such and take the user to: https://catalog.redhat.com/software/container-stacks/detail/5ec54aa3535cb70ab8c02996
• Operators will appear as an option on "Products" in the left navigation
• Activating the operators option will take the user to the recommended operators section of the overview page (/openshift/overview)
