Replace class components with functional ones => Install Set 9 and wizard

      The purpose of this task is to convert any class-based React components with functional ones.  This will be accomplished (if possible) by using the install page page component (see OCMUI-3249)

      Out of scope: Refactoring into TypeScript, refactoring unit tests into RTL, moving from Redux to React Query

      NOTE: There are no changes to the functionality, behavior, or visual changes.
