With the decommissioning of https://docs.openshift.com/, links need to be modified to point to the corresponding reference on https://docs.redhat.com/.

The purpose of this task is to change and verify links that have https://docs.openshift.com in the URL like:

 ARGO_CD_DOCS: `https://docs.openshift.com/gitops/1.13/installing_gitops/installing-argocd-gitops-cli.html`

in the src/common/installLinks.mjs,

There are currently 5 instances.

NOTE: This is not a simple domain change. Each link will need to be found on the new site.

The run/check-links.mjs script should be run to verify that no new broken links (404) are listed. Lastly, all broken test should be modified
