Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch OCM UI staging.
2. Navigate to https://console.redhat.com/openshift/create/local 
3. Click on the link "View the OpenShift Local Getting started guide" found at the bottom of the page
4. See the behavior.

Actual results:

The mentioned link navigates to a 404 page

Expected results:

The mentioned link's description and destination should be changed according to pchandra@redhat.com 's comment.

New description: "For more information on the OpenShift Local support and community docs click here"
