The left-navigation shall change in the following way:

"Subscription Usage" option will be removed and replaced (in place) with an expandable section labeled "Subscriptions"

Under the Subscriptions section there shall be the following options:

OpenShift Usage - goes to: https://console.redhat.com/subscriptions/usage/openshift
Annual Subscriptions - goes to https://console.redhat.com/openshift/quota
