Currently in the left hand navigation for subscriptions we have:
The page below used to be available from the left hand navigation, but I believe they were overwritten/forgotten when we added the new left hand nav item for "Subscription usage" above.

Acceptance Criteria
- Update the left hand navigation to:

- Subscriptions (restoring original top level left hand nav)
- OpenShift Usage(goes to https://console.redhat.com/subscriptions/usage/openshift) (exists today as 'Subscription usage' at top level of left hand nav.)
- Annual Subscriptions (goes to https://console.redhat.com/openshift/quota) (restore)
- Page copy needs to be updated (Heading, Subheading, description:
- Heading should be Annual Subscriptions (Managed)
- Subheading should be Annual Subscriptions
- Description should be updated to
- 'The summary of all annual subscriptions for OpenShift Dedicated and select add-ons purchased by your organization or granted by Red Hat. For subscription information on OpenShift Container Platform or Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA), see OpenShift Usage' (goes to /subscriptions/usage/openshift)
- Page copy needs to be updated (Heading, Subheading, description:
- On https://console.redhat.com/openshift/create, update the link "View your available OpenShift Dedicated quota" to "something..view annual subscriptions...???"
- When navigation from https://console.redhat.com/openshift/create to 'Annual Subscriptions', make sure left-hand nav "Subscriptions" is expanded and "Annual Subscriptions" is selected.
