Can't change name of HTPasswd identity provider

      Description of problem:

      UI will not allow user to delete or change HTPasswd name

       

      How reproducible:

      always

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create OSD cluster
      2. In cluster detail, go to the Access Control tab
      3. Click on Identity providers, try to add HTPpasswd
      4. If we try to change or delete text in "Name" field, UI doesn't allow us (check attached video)
      5. See behaviour

       

      Actual results:

      Can't change Name

       

      Expected results:

      Should be able to change Name
