Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the staging environment and create a Hypershift ROSA cluster.
2. Once the cluster is in ready status, from the actions dropdown menu, click on delete the cluster.
3. The uninstallation logs appear on the cluster details screen and once the cluster uninstallation is finished, the cluster is on the cluster archives page.

Actual Result

Once the user clicks on the delete cluster button, the uninstallation process is not started. The page refreshes but nothing happens.

Expected Result

Once the user clicks on the delete cluster, the uninstallation process should be triggered
