Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the staging environment and create a ROSA classic cluster.
2. Once the cluster is in ready status, from the actions dropdown menu, click on delete cluster.
3. The uninstallation logs appear on the cluster details screen and once the cluster uninstallation is finished, the cluster is on the cluster archives page.

Actual Result

There is an alert stating, "This cluster can now be fully managed." on the cluster archives page. 

Expected Result

Since the cluster is deleted and is no longer within the OCMUI environment, the alert should not be shown as this misleads the user.
