Steps to Reproduce:

1. On the clusters list page, click on a ready hypershift cluster that has proxy enabled.
2. Navigate to the Networking tab and click on the Edit cluster-wide proxy button.
3. Upload an Additional trust bundle file and click on the Save button.
4. Again open the Edit cluster-wide proxy dialog by clicking on the button.
5. Notice the contents of the field.

Expected Result:

The uploaded certificate file is shown to the user and a clear button should be enabled.

Actual Result:

The uploaded certificate file is not shown to the user and a clear button is disabled.
