      Description of the Problem

In ROSA hosted cluster details i.e overview tab definition has shown the autoscale min and max node count as 'NaN' and it looks wrong.

Note: The issue appears only on staging not in production env. Hence suspecting that it could be regression issue on recent multiregion MR merges.

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging
      2. Open a ready ROSA hosted cluster contains some machine pool with autoscaling enabled.
      3. Click "Overview" tab and navigate to Autoscaling section.
      4. Review the min and max node count definitions

      Actual results:

At step 4, the min and max node count value shown as 'NaN'

      Expected results:

At step 4, the min and max node count value should be sum total of min and max node count of all the autoscaling machine pools available in the cluster.
