XCMSTRAT-589 - [Internal Preview] OCM console can connect to regional OCM instances to manage cluster lifecycle

ACM Console Sprint 265
Description of the Problem
User has opened the "Grant role" dialog from the "OCM role and access" section of the "Access control" tab. User filled out a wrong redhat email or id on "Red Hat login" and tried to grant the role. This resulted in a validation error on the "Red Hat login" field as expected. User has closed the dialog and reopened the same.Unfortunately the newly opened dialog still holds the validation error from previous action wrongly although the "Red Hat login" value is empty. This is wrong and looks like an issue with clearing the field validation.
See attached recording Screen Recording 2025-01-02 at 3.27.41 PM.mov
Note: The issue appears only on staging not in production env. Hence suspecting that it could be regression issue on recent multiregion MR merges.
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open OCM UI staging
- Open a ready cluster (ex: ROSA classic).
- Go to "Access control" tab.
- Click "OCM roles and access" then click "Grant role" button.
- Fill the "Red Hat login" as "test" and select any role.
- Click "Grant user" and note the field validation error.
- Click "Cancel" button or close button of the dialog.
- Click "OCM roles and access" then click "Grant role" button.
- See the behavior of validation error message.
Actual results:
At step 9, the field validation error message from previous step i.e. step 6 is shown against the "Red Hat login". It looks wrong.
Expected results:
At step 9, there shouldn't be any field validation error message when user opens "grant role" dialog .
