      Description of the Problem
While adding multiple users under HTPasswd IDP definition, the suggested password loaded for each user is the same. This is wrong behavior and it should be unique to every new user.

See attached recording Screen Recording 2025-01-02 at 1.40.16 PM.mov

Note: The issue appears only on staging not in production env. Hence suspecting that it could be regression issue on recent multiregion MR merges.

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging
      2. Open a ready cluster (ex: ROSA classic).
      3. Go to "Access control" tab.
      4. Click "Identity provider" then "Add identity provider".
      5. Select "htpasswd" option.
      6. Fill the user name field and click "password" field.
      7. Note the suggested password and fill the definition in both password and confirm password fields.
      8. Click "Add user" option.
      9. Repeat the step 6 and step 7.
      10. See the behavior on suggested password.

      Actual results:

The suggested password for both new users were same and it is wrong behavior.

      Expected results:

The suggested password for every new users should be different and generate randomly.
