[Data sovereignty]Machine pool status shown as "Deleted" for a ready ROSA HCP regionalized cluster.

      Description of the Problem
      In multiregion enabled env, User has opened overview page of a ready ROSA hosted regionalized cluster(installed in the region ap-southeast-1 ) .The machine pool status shown as "Deleted 0 / 0" although cluster is ready and having machine pools present for the same.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging using https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/?multiregion=true 
      2. Open a ready ROSA hosted regionalized cluster(installed in ap-southeast-1 region).
      3. Go to "Overview" tab.
      4. See the status definition.

      Actual results:

      At step 4, The machine pool status shown as "Deleted 0 / 0". 

      Expected results:

      At step 4, The machine pool status should be shown correctly based on the available machine pool. For above mentioned cluster it should be   "Ready 1 / 1"
