Description of the Problem
In multiregion enabled env, User has chosen a ready OSD trail cluster then tried to upgrade via kebab option "Upgrade cluster from Trial" from cluster list. This resulted type errors as below

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open OCM UI staging using https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/?multiregion=true
- Go to cluster list and choose a ready OSD trail cluster.
- Click on kebab icon of the cluster.
- Click on "Upgrade cluster from Trial" menu.
- See the behavior.
Actual results:
At step 5, cluster list broken with type error as mentioned above.
Expected results:
At step 5, The "Upgrade cluster from trial" model should open without any issue.
