Cluster wide proxy throws error when closing modal

      In multi region version ClusterWideProxy throws a runtime error when user opens and tries to close the modal.

      The problem lies in EditClusterWideProxyDialog.jsx on line 40. 

      resetEditClusterResponse() function which is used from useEditCluster react query on line 28. 

      It seems React Query does not have reset on useQuery and it needs to be updated to use either refetch or invalidateQuery

       

      Note for QE: 

      The modal is located at the bottom of the Networking tab {}> Edit cluster{-}wide proxy
