Description of the Problem
In multiregion enabled env, User has opened a ready cluster and opened the "Addons" tab.
User has navigated to the cluster list and opened another cluster's "Addons" tab.
The content in "Addons" tab loaded from previously opened cluster for a short time. This looks confusing and probably some slowness with fetching the definition.
Issue has seen with multiregion env and non multiregion env behavior looks fine.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging using https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/?multiregion=true 
2. Open a ready cluster.
3. Click "Addons" tab.
4. Go to cluster list and open another ready cluster.
5. Click "Addons" tab.
6. See the behavior.

Actual results:

At step 6 , The "Addons" tab content displayed or loaded from previously opened cluster definition(At step 3) for a short time.{}

Expected results:

At step 6 , The "Addons" tab content should be from currently opened cluster and shouldn't have any previous cluster definition.
