Description of the Problem

During every cluster list loading ex: while applying filters or navigating cluster list pages, the cluster status shown unknown with ? representation for few seconds (2-3s) in cluster page.
Cluster status shown correctly after 2-3 seconds but it looks like this is seen recently and suspecting due to the change in cluster list definition.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging 
2. Go to cluster list.
3. Apply filters and see cluster list and cluster status.
4. Navigate between cluster list page and see the cluster status.

Actual results:

During every cluster list loading ex: while applying filters or navigating cluster list pages, the cluster status shown unknown with ? representation for few seconds (2-3s)

Expected results:

Correct cluster status should shown in cluster list even  every cluster list loading ex: while applying filters or navigating cluster list pages etc. Showing some progress indication such as a loading spinner or something like that would be much promising UX behavior than unknown indication.
