Description of the Problem

User has enabled a multregion cluster list or new cluster list flag and performed following sequence of actions. In these situations the cluster list result was not reset or shown the expected behavior.

1. Enabled a cluster type filter "ROSA" for a cluster list >> filters are enabled and all ROSA clusters were listed.
2. Navigated to the last page of the current cluster list >> Navigated to clusters list last page and related clusters were shown in this section
3. User has enabled "View only my cluster" >> filter  has applied but unfortunately the cluster list reported "No clusters found". The UI indication seems to be indicated that the page still on the last page and didn't refresh set to the first page or respective page where data available. It looks wrong.
4. User has clicked to <  arrow from the cluster list >> The results were shown as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Open cluster list ( enable either ?multregion=true or ?newclusterlist=true)
3. Click cluster type and select "ROSA".
4. Once cluster list loaded with filtered list, click move last (>>) option present at the lower right side of the page.
5. Enable the toggle "View only my cluster"
6. View the behavior.
7. Click "<" arrow from cluster list (right top)
8. See the behavior. 

Actual results:

At Step 6, cluster list reported "No clusters found" although there are clusters available.
Suspecting that this is causing due to the consequence of step 4 and step 5 actions. 
Some reason the results in cluster list were not reset based on the latest filters. This looks wrong.
At step 8, the cluster list has displayed the results based on the filter updated in step 5.

Expected results:

At Step 6, cluster list should reset existing results and update (including page definitions) based on the new filters.
