      During the multiRegion project, the files in the src/components/clusters/ClusterListMultiRegion directory were converted to use React Query and be function components.  

      They are currently still JS files.  The purpose of this task is to convert the following files to TypeScript.  There are 11 files and 7 test files to convert.
