[OCM-UI] Filters should be cleared when switching between clusters-list and cluster archives page

      How to reproduce

      1) Go to the cluster archived list and append the query newclusterlist=true.
      2) Go to the clusterlist page and select one or more cluster types.
      3) Now, click on the View cluster archives link.
      4) On the cluster archives page, the filter shows as OCP is selected.
      5) However, when you open the Cluster type filter OCP is not selected.

      Expected: When switching between cluster archives and cluster list pages, the filters selected on the cluster list should not remain on the cluster archives page. This confuses the user.

      Actual: When switching between cluster archives and cluster list pages, the filters selected on the cluster list remain active on the cluster archives page.
