[OCMUI][New cluster list] Cluster type filter applied in cluster list retained in cluster archives page but cluster list result didn't respect the filters

      Description of the Problem
      In new cluster list model from cluster list page , user has applied cluster type filters and results are filtered based on the definition. User has clicked cluster archives link to fetch cluster archived list. In cluster archives list, the filters were still applied based on the previous step but the results were not loaded based on the filter. The expectations is , the filters applied in cluster list should not be applied automatically to cluster archives once user moved from cluster list to cluster archives.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging 
      2. Enable the new cluster list model and reach to cluster cluster list (https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/cluster-list?newclusterlist=true) 
      3.  Click on cluster type drop-down.
      4. Select the cluster types OSD, ROSA.
      5. click on "View cluster archives" link.
      6. See the filter definition and results from the cluster archives list.

      Actual results:

      At step 6. filter definition from step 4 has been seen in cluster archives list wrongly and the filters were not respected by the cluster archives list.

      Expected results:

      At step 6. filter definition from step 4 shouldn't be present or applied to cluster archives list
