Clusters with issues list shows unnamed cluster in the Dashboard page

      Description of problem:

      In the cluster overview page in the bottom section, in the clusters with issues list it shows an unnamed cluster.

      How reproducible:
      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Launch [Overview | Red Hat OpenShift Cluster Manager|https://qaprodauth.console.redhat.com/openshift/overview] with admin access.
      Under the Clusters with Issues section, the name of the cluster is displayed as an unnamed cluster which is a hyperlink.

      Actual Result :
      When you click on the Unnamed Cluster link, the name of the cluster is displayed as jayarosatests

      Expected behavior
      The name of the cluster should be jayarosatests instead of Unnamed Cluster
