Currently with 4.15 and later we have multiple `oc` clients as download on https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/x86_64/clients/ocp/

Currently (with exception of oc mirror which was handled in OCMUI-1598 ) there is no download option for the different versions.

Indicating "linux" leads the customer to expect, that the client tooling runs at least on the supported RHEL Versions. This is not the case as the default rhel9 tar.gz does not run on rhel8 due to the same issues as in OCMUI-1598.

Possible Solution:

Provide dropdowns for the different client versions on the downloads page
