With OCMUI-1598 we added links for RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 binaries for the oc-mirror plugin to the downloads section.

Following OCMUI-1598 indications, the existing  oc-mirror.tar.gz binaries are associated to RHEL 8 while the new oc-mirror.rhel9.tar.gz files to RHEL 9.

We need to investigate how to support this in the future. 

In particular:

• What happens if/when RHEL 10 binaries are released?
• What happens if the naming convention for the RHEL binaries change?
• Are there other binaries released for multiple RHEL versions? (it seems so) 
• Should we do any change to the downloads page based on the answers to the previous questions?
