By October 15, the webpack build configuration packages have to be updated to the latest version. The packages in question are: * @redhat-cloud-services/frontend-components-config@3.2.2

Every team that has a frontend module in console.redhat.com
 
Acceptance Criteria

• In OCM UI's package.json, update:  @redhat-cloud-services/frontend-components-config-utilities"' to "^3.2.2" from "^3.0.4".
• In OCM UI's package.json, update:  @redhat-cloud-services/frontend-components-config"' to "^6.2.3" .
