This is the 2nd part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCMUI-1826
Add a new section at the bottom of the Overview Page (just before the "Recommended operators" section) called "Featured products" with cards as shown in the
implementation doc.
Attached screenshots marking the requested additions for this ticket.
Clicking on the "Read more" of one of the cards should open the same Drawer used in the "Recommended operators" section (please re-use this logic) with the appropriate content specified in the implementation doc.
In case the Drawer is already open, the Drawer's content should present the appropriate content of the card that was clicked on.
