      Navigate to the Overview page of the application: https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/ 

      1. We should add options to navigate on the page using the url (like jump links) for both 'Featured products' and 'Recommended operators' titles

      2. Also, we should manage the state of the DrawerContent using a query parameter in the URL, adding the option to quickly navigate between different DrawerContents by using the forward and backward navigation buttons
