      Description of problem:

Currently the "Pending access requests" label with cluster details are not shown when the cluster list points to multiregion enabled.

      How reproducible:
      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Preconditions:
Use a test organization where "capability.cluster.enable_access_protection" enabled.
Create access requests on few supported clusters(ex: ROSA, ROSA Hosted).

      1. Launch OCM UI staging.
      2. Enable the multiregion option (https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/?multiregion=true)
      3. Go to cluster list and see the "Pending access requests" label presence.

      Actual results:

"Pending access requests" label is missing when multregion enabled.

      Expected results:

"Pending access requests" label with cluster list should be shown even when multregion enabled.
