Once GA, there isn't a need to keep the old cluster list code.  Parent directories should be removed or archived.   This includes removing unused cluster list component code, unused actions, and unused reducers.

The purpose of this task is to remove the src/components/clusters/ArchivedClusterList_archived_do_not_use/ AND src/components/clusters/ClusterDetails_archived_do_not_use/ directories from the code base.

Success criteria:

• Above directories are deleted
• App builds without error (yarn build)
• Unit tests run without error (yarn test)
• Linting runs without error (yarn lint)
