Breadcrumb Destination Update and root routing change to Overview page

      DESCRIPTION

      Currently the first breadcrumb ("OpenShift") in OCM points to "Clusters." According to the design convention of HCC - for example, Ansible and RHEL, it needs to be changed to "Overview."

      We need to make sure this doesn't destroy the current analytic tracking. 

       

      We also need to change the routing so that:

      Users go to /openshift and it redirects to /openshift/overview
      Clicking on the Clusters List nav item navigates to /openshift/cluster-list
