Description of problem:

Breadcrumb destination shown as "clusters" and redirected to overview page from "openshift/assisted-installer/clusters/~new" page

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging 
2. Go to cluster list and click Create cluster button.
3. Go to datacenter tab. 
4. Click "Create cluster" button.
5. Click on breadcrumb "Clusters" and see the behavior

Actual results:

 At step 5, the breadcrumb is indicated as "Clusters" and click action on the same brings overview page.

Expected results:

At step 5, the breadcrumb should be "Cluster List" and click action on the same should redirect to "Cluster List" page.
