[OCM-UI] [Hypershift-ROSA] [External authentication] CA file contents are not uploaded when the user clears the existing contents and uploads them again

      Steps to Reproduce

      1) Create a default hypershift cluster in the staging environment.
      2) Once the user is on the Cluster Settings tab, click on the collapsible 
      "Enable external authentication provider".
      3) Click on the checkbox Enable external authentication.
      4) Enter the valid details and submit the cluster creation button.
      5) Once the cluster is Ready, navigate to the Access control tab.
      6) Click on the Add external authentication provider button and a new dialog opens.
      7) Once the dialog opens, enter the valid details, upload the PEM file, and clear the file contents. The Reveal button should be disabled. 
      8) Upload the file again

      Expected Result

      The CA file should be uploaded successfully

      Actual Result

      The CA file is not uploaded.
