[OCM-UI][Hypershift-ROSA] The error message for invalid user input is unclear

      Steps to Reproduce

      1) Launch the Hypershift ROSA wizard in staging environment.

      2) Once the user is on the Cluster Settings tab, click on the collapsible 
      "Enable external authentication provider".
      3) Click on the checkbox Enable external authentication.
      4) Enter the valid details and submit the cluster creation button.
      5) Once the cluster is in Ready state, navigate to the Access control tab.
      6) Click on the button Add external authentication provider and a new dialog opens up.
      7) In the name field, enter a random number.

      Expected result

      An error message such as "Please enter the name in alphanumeric format" should be shown to the user.

      Actual result

      Currently, below is the error message shown to the user. it outputs the regex format which should not be shown to the user. Instead, it should be display a simple and clear error message.

      ExternalAuth id '1111' isn't valid, it doesn't match regular expression '^[a-z]([-a-z0-9]*[a-z0-9])?$'
