[ROSA V2 Wizard]Cluster wizard blocked proceeding to next step from Cluster roles and polices step when cluster-wide proxy definition in place.

      Description of problem:

      During ROSA v2 cluster wizard flow , user has selected the option to configure the cluster wide proxy . Once cluster wide proxy definition are in place, User has navigated further and reached to "Cluster roles and policies" step, then user tried to move to next steps a by clicking "Next" button from "Cluster roles and polices" step, The wizard always reported wrongly with "Leave cluster creation" dialog. This blocks the wizard flow.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging.
      2. Launch https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/create/rosa/wizard?rosaV2=true  and select control plane as "Hosted"
      3. Reach to "Networking">"Configuration" step.
      4. Check the "Configure a cluster-wide proxy checkbox and click "Next" button.
      5. Fill proxy definitions and proceed to next steps.
      6. Reach to "Cluster update strategy" step.
      7. Click "Next" and see the behavior.

      Actual results:

      At step 7, When user click "Next" button wizard presented wrongly the "Leave cluster creation" dialog. This is wrong and blocked cluster creation.

      Expected results:

      There shouldn't be any unwanted dialog popups especially when user click on "Next" button in above scenario. User should be allowed to proceed and able to create cluster.
